These terms govern your use of scopeledger.net, including its exposure calculator and enquiry form. They do not govern a paid pilot, implementation, licence or customer workspace. Those services require a separate signed proposal, statement of work or agreement, and the signed document controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

ScopeLedger supports commercial administration. Website content and calculator results are general planning information, not legal advice, accounting advice, a determination of contractual entitlement, certification of a claim or a guarantee of recovery.

3. Calculator estimates

Results depend entirely on the assumptions entered and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing actual contracts, notice provisions, records, costs and professional advice before making a commercial decision.

4. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, misrepresent your identity, or use the site in violation of law or another party’s rights.

5. Enquiries and submitted information

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are permitted to provide it. Do not submit confidential contracts, evidence, credentials, personal records or sensitive project documents through the public form.

The ScopeLedger name, site design, copy, software demonstrations and related materials are owned by or licensed to ScopeLedger. You may review the site for internal evaluation, but no ownership or software licence is transferred through website access.

7. Availability and third-party services

The site may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Links and infrastructure supplied by third parties are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

ScopeLedger disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or lost-profit damages arising from use of this public website.
